MediaPilot Terms of Service

MediaPilot is a video creation and social publishing service operated by Sacaba Platforms LLC. Contact: mediapilotdev.ai@gmail.com.
Using MediaPilot
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these terms for yourself or the business you represent. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Video creation and connected accounts
MediaPilot helps create scripts, narration and videos using third-party services and stock media. Generated material may contain errors or material unsuitable for your intended use. Review content for accuracy, rights and suitability before authorizing publication. We do not guarantee views, engagement, earnings or any particular business result.
Only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account grants MediaPilot the permissions you authorize through that platform. Publishing is subject to the platform's own rules, permissions and availability.
Where available, enabling autopilot authorizes MediaPilot to generate and publicly post content according to your saved destination, schedule and content settings. You are responsible for those choices. You may edit or disable future autopilot work in Settings. Disabling autopilot does not remove content already published or necessarily stop a publication already accepted by a social platform. Platforms may require a separate preview, privacy selection or consent for each post; MediaPilot will follow those requirements.
Content and permitted use
You retain rights you hold in material you provide. You grant Sacaba Platforms LLC the permission needed to process, store, render and transmit that material to operate the service and carry out your authorized publishing actions. Third-party media and other assets remain subject to their applicable licenses. MediaPilot does not promise exclusive rights in AI-generated output or ownership of stock media.
Do not use MediaPilot to infringe others' rights, impersonate people deceptively, publish unlawful material, send spam, evade platform restrictions, compromise accounts or interfere with the service. You are responsible for legally required advertising and synthetic-content disclosures.
Plans, payments and cancellation
The price, billing interval, included platforms and usage limits are shown when you select a plan and check out. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout unless canceled. Manage cancellation through the subscription or billing controls provided by MediaPilot. Cancellation stops future renewals; the applicable paid-access end date is shown in your account or billing confirmation.
Usage limits apply to manual and scheduled creation together. Weekly allowances do not roll over unless a plan expressly says otherwise. Taxes or additional charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Nothing in these terms limits refund, cancellation or other rights required by applicable law. Availability and account closure
MediaPilot depends on third-party hosting, AI, media, rendering, payment and social-platform services. Delays, failures, restrictions or expired permissions may prevent creation or posting. Posting times are targets rather than guarantees. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal obligations. You may request account or data deletion through the published Data Deletion instructions or contact email.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy at https://mediapilot.dev/PrivacyPolicy explains how we handle information. Data-deletion instructions are at https://mediapilot.dev/DataDeletion. We may update the service and these terms; we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect where required by law. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
These terms do not exclude warranties, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Sacaba Platforms LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. No provision here is intended to waive mandatory consumer protections.
