Data Deletion Instructions

MediaPilot is operated by Sacaba Platforms LLC. Contact mediapilotdev.ai@gmail.com for deletion requests.

1. Email the support address from the email associated with your MediaPilot account. Use the subject “MediaPilot data deletion request.”
2. State whether you want to delete your connected Instagram account information, specific generated content, or your full MediaPilot account. If relevant, include the connected Instagram username. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment card details.
3. MediaPilot will verify that the request belongs to you before making changes. The operator will confirm the scope and completion of deletion and explain any information that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

You can also revoke the MediaPilot-IG authorization using Instagram’s Apps and websites settings. Revoking authorization and deleting MediaPilot’s stored information are separate actions; send a deletion request for stored information you want removed.

Deleting data from MediaPilot does not automatically delete posts already published on Instagram, YouTube, or another platform. Manage those posts directly on the relevant platform. Subscription cancellation and deletion are also separate; contact support if you need both.

Requests are handled by our support team. We respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any legal or accounting retention exceptions. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
